1. Eligibility

Start dates and times may vary among participating schools. Void in Quebec, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law. Employees of ARAMARK Educational Services, LLC or other companies associated with the Promotion, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members (people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year) of each such employee are not eligible. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these official rules (the “Official Rules”).

3. Timing
The Promotion begins on May 14, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on August 20, 2010, at 10:59 a.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.
4. How to Enter and
Collect Entries
During the Promotion Period, visit www.jamrewards.com (the “Site”) and locate the “register” link. If you have not already registered, complete and submit the registration form. Registration is free. If you registered for a previous Jam Rewards promotion which was active between August 28, 2008 and May 14, 2010 (a “Prior Promotion”), you will be able to login for this Promotion with the username and password you created during such Prior Promotion. You will be prompted to accept the Terms and Conditions for the Promotion. You must also complete the profile update questions. Once you have registered and accepted the Terms and Conditions, you will automatically be entered in the drawing for the prizes and you may receive additional entries (“Entries” or “Entry”) as set forth below. You can earn additional Entries through various methods. The Administrator is responsible for allocating all entries received by August 20, 2010. You will receive entries for the following:
· REGISTRATION: You will receive ten (10) Entries for registration. Registration is free. You may only register once during the Promotion Period.
· LOG IN TO THE SITE: You will receive one (1) Entry each day you visit the Site during the Promotion Period and log in. Entries received for logging in to the Site are limited to one (1) Entry per registered user per day of the Promotion Period to a maximum of ninety-nine (99) Entries for Site log-in during the Promotion Period.
a) MEAL PLAN PURCHASE: “Participating Purchase” includes meal plan purchases, debit dollars, declining or inclining balance, and any other purchases made towards campus dining that fall within the specified dollar amount (as outlined below). When you purchase a participating meal plan during the Promotion Period you will automatically receive Entries as follows: For mandatory meal plan purchases you will receive fifteen (15) Entries. For voluntary meal plan purchases you will receive thirty (30) Entries. For each debit dollar or declining/inclining balance purchases under $300.00, you will receive fifteen (15) Entries. For each debit dollar or declining/inclining balance purchases of $300.00 or more, you will receive thirty (30) Entries. Entries received for a participating purchase are limited to sixty (60) per registered user. Entries resulting from participating purchases will be automatically posted to your promotion account upon receipt from your school of your Participating Purchase. It may take a few weeks for the Entries to post to your account, but will post no later than August 30, 2010. Participants of University of Texas – San Antonio, University of Chicago, Grambling State University, Mississippi State University, Louisiana Tech, The College of St. Rose, Brandeis University, Rider University and University of Southern Maine are excluded from the meal plan purchase entries.
· CODEWORD: You will receive five (5) Entries for each codeword you locate in print and enter during the Promotion Period on the Site. Entries received for entering a codeword are limited to a total of twenty five (25) per registered user during the Promotion Period.
· CASH CODE: When you make a Participating Purchase of $5.00 or more from an ARAMARK food services counter you will receive a cash card which has a code (“Cash Code”). The Cash Code can be redeemed during the Promotion Period on the Site for five (5) Entries. Alternatively, for US residents only you may text the Cash Code to 85739 to receive five (5) Entries. Once you redeem your Cash Code via wireless entry there is no need to enter it on the Site (Not available to Canadian residents). The Cash Code cards to be distributed during the Promotion Period may state an incorrect expiration date of June 1, 2009 and therefore can be used for this Promotion. All Cash Cards with this expiry date will be valid until the end of the Promotion Period on August 20, 2010. You may enter a maximum of seven (7) Cash Codes per day during the Promotion Period to a maximum of seventy-five total Entries for Cash Codes during the Promotion Period.
· SIGN UP FOR ARAMARK’S EMAIL: You will receive ten (10) Entries if you sign up to receive email communications from the Sponsor. Entries received for signing up to receive email communications from the Sponsor are limited to a total of ten (10) per registered user. For users who participated in the Prior Promotion: If you signed up to receive email communications from the Sponsor during a Prior Promotion the ten (10) Entries you earned will be carried over to this Promotion. You do not need to sign up again.
· SIGN UP FOR ARAMARK’S SMS / TEXT MESSAGE: You will receive ten (10) Entries if you sign up to receive SMS / Text communications from the Sponsor. Standard text charges apply. Entries received for signing up to receive SMS / Text communications from the Sponsor are limited to a total of ten (10) per registered user. For users who participated in the Prior Promotion: If you signed up to receive SMS/Text communications from the Sponsor during a Prior Promotion the ten (10) Entries you earned will be carried over to this Promotion. You do not need to sign up again.
· COMPLETE A SURVEY: You will receive fifteen (15) Entries for each online survey you complete. You may only complete each online survey once. For users who participated in a Prior Promotion: If you have completed the survey in any of the Prior Promotions, the fifteen (15), thirty (30), forty five (45), or sixty (60) Entries you earned will be carried over to this promotion. You do not need to complete the surveys again. Entries received for completing online surveys are limited to seventy five (75) Entries per registered user during the Promotion Period.
· PLAY A GAME
You will receive one (1) Entry for every ten (10) games of Stack Attack you play during the Promotion Period. To play Stack Attack click the “Games” button near the top of the screen on the Site. Then click the Play Now button beneath the Stack Attack game on the Games page. Use the “Previous” or “Next” buttons to click through the instructions or click “Play Now!” to go directly to the game. The object of Stack Attack is to clear the blocks from the board by making matches of three or more like-colored blocks either vertically or horizontally. A new row of blocks is added every 10 seconds. If you clear the blocks so that no blocks remain above the “win” line you pass the level. You lose the level if you run out of time or if the blocks accumulate above the “lose” line. For the purposes of awarding Entries, you will be credited as having played one (1) game of Stack Attack each time you either (i) complete the entire game by beating all levels, or (ii) lose the game.
In addition, you will receive one (1) Entry for every ten (10) games of Smartest Student on Campus you play during the Promotion Period. To play Smartest Student on Campus click the Games button near the top of the screen on the Site. Then click the “Play Now” button beneath Smartest Student on Campus on the Games page. To Play Smartest Student on Campus you will be challenged to play through four rounds of puzzles and brain teasers by following the instructions provided on the screen. For the purposes of awarding Entries you will be credited as having played one (1) game of Smartest Student on Campus when you complete all four rounds in of one game.
To earn one (1) Entry you may play ten (10) games of Stack Attack, (10) games of Smartest Student on Campus or a combination of plays of both games adding up to ten (10) total game plays. Entries that can be earned for playing the games are limited to a maximum of thirty (30) Entries per registered user during the Promotion Period.
· TELL A FRIEND / POST A LINK: During the Promotion Period you may earn additional Entries for inviting friends to the site using either the Invite Friends email tool, the Post-It tool, or Facebook. To invite friends click on the “Invite a Friend” link on the Site. During the Promotion Period, you may use the Invite Friends email tool to submit the names and email addresses of a total of up to six unique friends at a time who must be eligible to enter the promotion (note: referred email addresses will only be used by the sponsors for the purposes of contacting your friend(s) to provide information about entering the Promotion so they can enter if they choose to do so, and will not be added to any direct marketing list or used in any direct marketing programs without their consent). You will obtain Ten (10) Entries for each unique friend eligible to enter the Promotion who registers for the Promotion during the Promotion Period from the link contained in your Invite Friends email. You may also invite friends with the Post-It tool using your personal link. To retrieve your personal link, click on the “Invite a Friend” link and locate the personal link or personal banner on this page. The distribution of your personal link is at your discretion, subject to the following: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel and void any personal link and all associated entries which it deems, in its sole discretion to be used or associated with content which is deemed inappropriate. Without limiting the foregoing, such content includes all forms of pornography, inappropriate language and content that incites hate, is demeaning, depreciates the value of the ARAMARK name, brand, products or trademarks, or incites discrimination of any and all forms. By way of example, you may wish to post your link on instant messenger, blogs, message boards and personal web pages or in emails. You are responsible for ensuring that you comply with the terms of service for any website on which you post your personal link. For each unique, eligible person who registers for the Promotion via your personal link during the Promotion Period you will receive Ten (10) additional Entries. In Addition, if you are a Facebook user registered through Facebook Connect, you may also invite friends using the Facebook invite friends tool by clicking on the “Try It” button in the Facebook portion of the Invite Friends page. You will then be directed to a page where you can click on the friends you want to invite and then click “send” to send an email invitation through Facebook. In addition any time you choose to publish your scores in the Smartest Student on Campus or Stack Attack games when prompted, to your Facebook wall or newsfeeds the post will contain a link to the site. For each unique person who registers through either the invites you send using the Facebook Invite Friends tool or through prompted posts on your Facebook wall or newsfeeds you will receive Ten (10) Entries. The maximum number of Entries that can be earned for inviting friends to the Site by either the Invite a Friend email, the Post It tool, the Facebook invite friends tool or Facebook wall posts and newsfeeds is Fifty (50) Entries per registered user during the Promotion Period.
No purchase is necessary for participation in the Promotion. Alternatively, you may enter by hand printing your name, age, complete address (including zip or postal code), daytime phone number, school email address, preferred email address, school name, and student ID number on a 3”x 5” card and mail it, postage prepaid, to: 1) ARAMARK SPF Sweepstakes, c/o Launchfire Interactive, 200 Isabella St, 5th Floor, Ottawa, ON CANADA K1S 1V7; or 2) ARAMARK SPF Sweepstakes c/o Jam Rewards Program, PO Box 59159 Minneapolis, MN 55459-8296. Mail in entries must be postmarked by August 20, 2010 and received no later than August 30, 2010, in order to be eligible for the prize drawings. Mail-in entries will NOT be accepted via messenger/courier delivery service or any means other than United States Postal Service mail and Canada Post. Entrant is solely responsible for properly packaging and shipping the entry and all related costs. Sponsor shall not be liable for damage to submission during shipment. No C.O.D.s accepted. For the first mail in entry you send, if you have not registered or earned Entries using any of the online methods outlined above, including during the Prior Promotion, Administrator will create a username and password for you and you will automatically be entered with ten (10) Entries into The Promotion. For any subsequent Mail in Entries you send you will receive one (1) Entry per Mail-in Entry received. Mail-in entrants who win the Promotion will be selected and notified in accordance with the Winner Selection as provided in Section 5 below and Winner Notification and Verification as Provided in Section 7 below.
LIMITATION ON ENTRY: There is a limit of Two Hundred and eighty-four (284) Entries per person during the Promotion Period regardless of method of entry. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s Entries and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. In the event someone does not consent to receive e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy (available at: http://www.aramark.com by clicking on Privacy Policy) and notice may be provided to the Sponsor to opt-out of receiving such emails.
5. Potential Winner Selection
On or about August 27, 2010, the potential winner(s) of each of the Grand Prizes and First Prizes (see Section 6 for description of Prizes) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries under the supervision of Sponsor and/or Administrator whose decisions as to the operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of potential winners are final and legally binding in all matters related to the Promotion. No potential winner shall have the right to contest any decision by Sponsor and/or Administrator concerning any aspect of the Promotion or the interpretation of these Official Rules or the determination as to qualification of Entries. At the conclusion of each week during the Promotion Period, there will be fourteen (14) weekly winners randomly selected for the prizes described below in Section 6. Sponsor will not award a greater number of prizes than are stated in these Official Rules. Potential winners of Sweepstakes prizes will be notified on or about August 30, 2010 using the telephone number and/or the email address provided with the entry. Failure to respond to the initial contact within five (5) business days of date of notification may result in disqualification. There is a limit of one (1) prize per person. If a person is randomly selected to win more than one (1) Sweepstakes prize, that person will only receive the higher value prize. By accepting the prize, the winner waives his or her right to 1) assert as a cost of winning the prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem said prize, and 2) claim any liability (including attorney's fees and costs) which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize (including any travel related thereto).

For All Prizes: Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize (or portion of a prize) for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Winners of prizes with ARVs in excess of $200, who are legal residents of Louisiana, may be presented with a gift voucher describing the Prize won. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Sponsor’s use of third-party trademarks does not imply that any third party endorses, sponsors or is otherwise affiliated with the Promotion. Any and all guarantees and warranties are subject to the manufacturer or service provider’s terms and conditions, and winner agrees to look solely to such entity for any such warranty or guarantee claim. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $2,272.32 USD, $2,279.64 CAD.
7. Verification of Potential
Winners
ALL POTENTIAL PROMOTION WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION.
Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential winners, may be required to sign and return to Administrator, within seven (7) days of the date notice is sent, a declaration and release (except where prohibited) in order to claim his/her prize if applicable. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return, the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period (if applicable), or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Up to two attempts will be made to draw a new winner for any forfeited prize. If a Canadian resident is selected, he/she will be required to correctly answer a time limited mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid in order to be eligible for the prize.
8. Release and
Publicity
By receipt of any prize, winner, or agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s consent, to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state/province/territory for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor is not responsible for those who cannot access the Internet or cannot click through the Site regardless of technical, hardware, software, telephone, Internet, virus contamination or network problems and for delay, failure or malfunction for any reason including, but not limited to, errors by Sponsor’s representatives who enter incorrect information into any of Sponsor’s computer systems. Proof of entry is not proof of entry receipt. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel/terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion if in Sponsor’s sole determination it believes that the integrity of the Promotion has been, or could be, compromised or that the Promotion is not capable of running fairly or as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, force majeure, human error or any other causes beyond Sponsor’s control. No winner will be drawn should the Promotion be cancelled/terminated if Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reasonably believes that the Promotion cannot be run fairly or as planned. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. All references to currency herein shall be deemed to be United States Dollars unless otherwise stated.
10. Limitations of
Liability
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another Entry in the Promotion, provided that if it is not possible to award another Entry due to discontinuance of the Promotion, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims. Sponsor shall not be responsible for technical, pictorial, typographical or editorial errors or omissions in any marketing materials related to the Promotion or in these Official Rules.
11. Disputes
Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, other than those concerning the administration of the Promotion or the determination of winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, or the appropriate provincial or Federal court located in Toronto, Ontario, as appropriate; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or, in the case of Canadian residents, by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to any conflicts of law doctrine.
12. Entrant’s Personal Information
